Our Policies

1. No Refunds . 50% Deposits are non refundable ( Store Credits will be issued) 

2.Once an order has been picked up we are no longer responsible for that order.

3. All fresh fruit needs to be eatin within 48hours of the original pick up date.

4.If you are giving the order to someone for a gift give it to them within 24 hours of pickup.

5.Placingyour order you are agreeing that you have read and understand our policies.

6. All orders require a 50% deposit non refundable at the time of placing your order.

7. Full payment is required 3 days before the orders due date or your order will be canceled .

8. Once your order is paid for no changes can be made on the invoice. No changes to an order 3 days before it is due.

9. When I do my orders I go by whatever due date and  items are on the invoice that was paid , not emails or text messages.

10. Delivery hours are 8am-11am unless you have arranged a diffrent time before your invoice is paid.

11. If we kindly let you pay later and full  payment is still not made before the order due date your order will be canceled no exceptions and you will lose your deposit.

12. If you send us a picture of a cake that we did not design originally .It will not be exactly the same  but we will make it close as possible for you.

13. Our delivery hours are from 8am-11am everyday. If you need a later delivery time please schedule it at the time of placing your order.. No delivery time changes on the day of unless it is an emergency.

14. Please let us know where you want your order delivered by email or direct message or phone call. We do not go by the address that is on the invoices.

15.If we deliver your order and no one is home your order will be left on the porch or with somone at the location. We have other orders to deliver and do not have the time to come back.

16. Please read your invoice and make sure everything is correct before you pay. When I make my orders I go by what the invoice says and not what was in the email or  messages. When you pay the invoice you are agreeing that everything is correct including flavors and colors.

17. Placing an order is agreement that you have read our policies.

18. The date on your paypal invoice is the date your order is due. My policy is your payment is due 3 days before your order is due.
